JET-LUBE TF-500 PTFE Lubricating Sealant is a versatile, multi-service compound containing a high percentage of powered PTFE fluorocarbon resin. Virtually every type gland and thread can be lubricated, packed or sealed where PTFE is indicated to improve performance results. It permits greater tightening pressure on threaded joints and glands, minimizes friction, creates an impervious seal maintaining full hydraulic joint efficiency.

DescriptionTF-500 greatly lowers friction, prevents stick-slip and metal seizure on any sliding, rotating, oscillating and mating components. (Not recommended for ball or roller bearings.) Fully pumpable, TF-500 can be applied at any time, even when equipment is in operation, affording valuable saving in production through less downtime. Designed to lubricate and seal threaded connections or packing glands. TF-500 can eliminate conventional packing elements entirely - or it may be used in conjunction with elements to prolong their life and efficiency.
