JET-LUBE SAG-D VALVE SEAL is a premium semi-synthetic based lubricant and sealant for use in a wide variety of valve types utilized in high temperature services like geothermal well heads, steam, petroleum refineries, etc.
The high viscosity base fluid is unaffected by acids, oils, CO2, H2S, glycols, caustics, water, steam, alcohols and other similar solvents. SAG-D VALVE SEAL is fortified with antioxidants and rust inhibitors to augment the natural film-forming and antioxidant properties of the base fluid blend.

Description SAG-D VALVE SEAL provides optimum sealability, lubricity and torque reduction. The high viscosity base fluid provides excellent fluid film lubrication even under extreme pressure. The synergistic blend of MoS2 and other additives further enhances both the sealing and lubrication properties of this product. At extreme temperatures where the fluids are lost, these solids provide solid film lubrication to maintain usable operating torques on the valves. The inorganic, complex soap thickener allows for excellent chemical resistance and better antiwear properties while maintaining excellent mechanical stability. |

Applications For use as a valve lubricant and sealant in high temperature steam applications. Suitable for use in extreme temperature cycling such as “huff and puff” oil recovery operations. |
